My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made me feel welcomed. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay overall. However, I did run into some frustrating service issues and had difficulty with certain amenities not functioning properly. The breakfast was decent, but the limited options left much to be desired. Overall, while there were aspects I appreciated, there were also a few notable shortcomings.
